DANCE FIT HOUR workout was created from many dance traditions, classes are open to anyone of any fitness level. This work-out aims to burn calories while you travel through the dance cultures from Urban to Latin, Dance hall to Brazilian, Contemporary and African. A class for the creative and fun amongst you and work-outs include the use of small weights and floor work.
Elena is a versatile professional dancer, choreographer, dance teacher and instructor. She has developed her personal dance fitness class – Latin Fit Workout. LFW is a fitness class based on a constant movement with a variety of Latin music and with an interchanging rhythm.
