Jelena is a versatile professional dancer, choreographer, dance teacher and instructor. She was born in Estonia where she started her career in the dance field. She took part in different dance, theatre, music and film projects locally and internationally. Elena has a master’s degree from the Creative Practice program at Trinity Laban. Her dance styles varies on Ballroom and Latin, Ballet, Jazz, Folk, Commercial, Cabaret, Salsa, Show, Latin, Contemporary and some others. Also she was developed her dance fitness class – Latin Fit Workout. LFW dance fitness class based on a constant movement of a variety of Latin music with an interchanging rhythm. The class is built on aerobic dance movements which improve and help to develop plasticity, strength, stamina, a sense of rhythm and musicality. The variety of Latin music genre such as Merengue, Reggaeton, Bachata, Salsa, Samba, Zouk and others build an incredibly positive and energetic atmosphere. This cultural fitness class will leave you with a smile on your face while feeling lighter and happier.


Grew up in South Africa where she began ballet and tap at the tender age of 3. Years on, she discovered the fast paced world of freestyle, introducing her to the glitz and glam of competitive dancing. She won provincial and national titles representing South Africa internationally at the World Freestyle Dance Championships. In conjunction, Cassandra spent time exploring various other styles of dance to include Latin American, jazz and contemporary. She pursued many independent and commercial projects including music videos, showcases, tours and concerts. She went on to pursue a Bachelor of Education at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg graduating in 2008. She has since specialised in teaching children with specific learning difficulties. Cassandra is involved in primary education and combines her enthusiasm and passion for teaching children with dance, to inspire competitive and social dancers.




Julia, originally from Estonia has performed on the theater stage since she was 10. Her 9 years of ballet training gave her an excellent foundation that helped develop her skills in other styles of dance, such as contemporary, jazz, salsa and others.
Julia has performed as a show dancer in different cabaret shows in Europe and USA. She has participated in various educational dance projects and has attended many workshops and classes all over the world from the famous salsa masters at different salsa dance festivals as well as contemporary, jazz, ballet and show dance classes from the best teachers of world famous schools, such as Peridance Capezio Center (New York), Broadway dance Center (New York), Steps on Broadway (New York), and In-Motion Performing arts Center (Miami). Julia is also experienced in organising and leading events, as an organiser and master of ceremonies, providing animation groups for the events: banquets, weddings, birthday and corporate parties and others with dance animations, live music, dance shows and many others type of performances. She was part of the organisation crew in New York, which specialised in organising weddings. As a member of the crew she helped organize concerts in Estonia, including an Enrique Iglesias concert in Tallinn. She was also a master of ceremonies at many different restaurants, proms and banquets.



Born in Poland. Bless began dancing at the age of 9 and after discovering his passion he put all his focus into becoming as versatile a dancer as possible. Bless trained at London Studio Centre – Theatre Dance, Ludomir Rozycki Ballet Academy and with Jacek Luminski Contemporary Silesian Company. He has studied most forms of dance ballet, jazz, jazz commercial/lyrical, contemporary/modern, street dance, freestyle, tap, partner work, ballroom/latin and folk dance. His career began at the age 15. Since then his ballet and musical theatre credits have included Fooloose (European premiere) 42nd Street, The Musical Starlights (European tour) Mamma Mia (European tour), Hercules, Chicago, Oklahoma, 101 Dalmatians, Little Red Riding Hood, The Nutcracker, Pan Twardowski and Cadet’s Ball. He made his London stage debut in Raymond Gubbay’s Carmen at the Royal Albert Hall and in The Red Balloon in Royal Opera House. He was a part of the cast Jazz Dance Company (UK Tour London Studio Centre), Back to the 80’s (Portugal Tour), Aida (Royal Albert Hall), The Brown Bomber (Sadler’s Wells Theatre). Bless has performed internationally and appeared in television commercials, live stage performances, music videos, corporate events, TV series for BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Movies: Thor 2 – The Dark World, Anna Karenina, Sherlock Holmes 2, Dark Shadows, Street Dance 3D.
